If we want to influence people in the marketplace for Jesus, we need to demonstrate initiative in our work and cooperate with those in authority. We need to stop being people users and start being people builders. The Bible says that we must be ready to explain why we believe in God at any moment, so we need to prepare by consistently investing ourselves into Scripture. If we can do these things and have personal integrity, we will find the workplace is an ideal environment to interact on spiritual matters.
