All About Anger: Coping With Difficult People

February 24, 1996 (Weekend Service)

A difficult person is someone in your life with whom you are stuck. You have an ongoing relationship with this person that involves complicated expectations, over-stepped boundaries, and consistent disappointments. Most likely, both of you have build walls of protection around yourselves, so one of must take a risk and seek a better understanding of the others situation. Dont expect the other person to do this. Discipline yourself to communicate in ways that are constructive and clear. Draw upon the resources of Gods power and Gods people to help you come into a healthy relationship with this difficult person.
