A passion must stir in the heart of a potential leader before he or she ever steps up to the leadership challenge. This person must be able to say, "For this cause I will pay the price of leadership. For this purpose, I will leave the safety of the sidelines and spill some blood on the playing field." Don't go to your grave wondering if God wanted to stir something in your heart. Don't leave this life wondering what might have been if you would have done something about it.
