The title of this message probably should have an asterisk attached to it, because, in essence, God has been there all along. He has been there in all our seasons of life: when we are searching for him; when we are walking with him as closely as we can; when we are filled with gratitude; when we feel victorious in Him; and also when we are brokenhearted and weary. It is important to know that we realize how God feels about us when we are hurting. In the Bible there are countless references to God's tenderness to us in our time of need. We need to take advantage of that resource especially during our seasons of weariness.
