We don't show up to work to just show up. People made in the image of a purposeful God must find a purpose in their work. Jesus said that the one treasure that can infuse life and challenge into everyone's job is the treasure of people. Most of us have had it drummed into us that this working world's real treasure is in profit. In this message, we discover four types of organizations that treasure their workers in varying degrees. Employer types range all the way from those that use their workers as mere capital, to those that are willing not only to value their employees as resources, but take an actual interest in their workers' relational and even spiritual lives.
