When a church is "working right" it is a blessing to its members. Using Willow Creek's "Five G's," this message outlines five ways a church can be a place to where people look forward to attending. First, the church must faithfully proclaim the message of God's grace. Next, the church must be a place where members can grow spiritually. Finally, a spirit of community in small groups is needed. In addition, members of a dynamic church discover their distinct serving gifts and use them for the edification of the body. As a result, people will feel compelled to become good stewards of their resources.
