".and on the seventh day, God rested." If there is anything we can take from the Creator of the universe, it's proper observation of that seventh day. God created us to work, but He also created the Sabbath in order that we rest, reflect, recreate and remember. Jesus said that people weren't made for the Sabbath, rather, the Sabbath was made for people. Not only should we use the day to worship God, but also to rest in His love, reflect on His goodness, recreate in His creation and remember His gifts He has given us.
