In Philippians 4:13, we find out there is help available. Paul says, "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." Through all of our difficulties, God is promising His power along the way. We don't always want that; we want His power now. But God asks us to be faithful. If we believe in Him, we can appropriate His power by taking steps such as righting a relational wrong, correcting our own destructive behavior, or making it through a difficult time at work or school. We have to put one foot in front of the other, and as we go along the way, God will intervene between where we are now and where we will be.
