There are several ways to tell when people are at their best. One is when they are doing what God designed them to do at work, when serving, or when in leisure. One could make a case that people are at their best when they express bold affection to their loved ones. When a man or woman is on his or her knees before God in submission, worship, or prayer is another way to be at one's best. This is especially so when it's made a regular part of his or her life. People doing random acts of kindness when nobody's looking is also a way to be at their best. But for those to be at their very best is when they give an explanation of how God changes lives through Christ.
