Whenever God gives us resources—financial, professional, the capability to serve, whatever—he expects us to use and give away those resources in witnessing to the world. One resource God gives is hope, which enables us to overcome life's personal hurdles. And in the measure that believers receive hope, we are charged to likewise give it to others, knowing that when we extend hope and bless people in the name of the Lord, it is God who gets not only the thanks but, most especially, the glory.
