Stress is greatly impacted by our relational lives and the personal connections comprising such. Sadly, some of us live relational lives with no connections or maybe bad connections. This message takes us through stories of people in each of four defined relational possibilities. And although the real connections we all need may mean vulnerability as we allow others into our stories or as we enter into their stories, they are also the connections that are most healthy.
