Made For More: Part 12, Handling Stress
August 7, 2016 (Weekend Service)
Stress—no one can escape it. But we can learn to manage our reactions to the stressors that come at us from a variety of sources. From this message, we learn some common symptoms as our body and mind react to stress; and although our most common reaction is to want the stressor—he person or the situation—to change, we learn the importance and role of spiritual growth in impacting management of stress.
