Despite whatever shipwrecks we have experienced in life, this message informs us through Paul's words from Ephesians 5 that darkness need not hold us captive. God, our lighthouse, wants to lead us to safe harbor. We can be transformed to children of the light in the Lord, which prepares us to then let our light shine to others. In our homes, our workplaces, our schools, our world, we can share the fruit of the light—that which is good, right, and true.
