No matter where your leadership is based-in the home, the workplace, the church, in a small group—there will be times when you need encouragement. Self-leadership means having the courage to acknowledge areas of your life that you cannot solve alone—areas of your life that you know cause distress and discouragement and through which you maybe need someone else to professionally walk you. And whether or not the needed encouragement comes from outside sources, you will always find that a connection with God will provide strength to keep you going.
