The story Jesus tells in Matthew 18:21-35 sets the tone for understanding grace etiquette, or lack thereof, in our personal lives. Obviously, it's hard to top the amazing grace given us through Christ, but it's harder still to realize that recipients of that grace often fail to extend grace to others. This message reminds us of God's expectation as to how we treat others and the fact that he will be aware of whether we forgive a brother or sister from the heart.
