When Nehemiah was leading the charge to rebuild the walls and gates of his beloved city of Jerusalem, he was able to bring the citizens of the city alongside in the process because he successfully presented and worked the vision so that the task mattered to those people also. This message gives clarity to the strategies in which all leaders must engage as they cast vision to motivate team members to want to become involved in bringing that vision to success.
