Every Christ-follower, whether employer or employee, has a responsibility to bring to a company or organization their best—in time, in effort, in willingness to stretch themselves, and in relationship with coworkers. This message speaks to proven realities of what people need to experience every day in the workplace in order to love their job—and those realities place responsibility on both employer and employee at all levels. Also shared is a series of questions Willow developed for use in their staff performance evaluations, and which are applicable and helpful for reviews in either secular or ministry settings.
