Restart: Part 3: How to Deal with Differentness
January 18, 2015 (Weekend Service)
Impulsive will. Reflective will. From the story in the Book of Esther, we see the varying results that impulse versus reflection produce. Christ-followers are called to be radically-loving bridge builders, and so whichever will you choose to use in daily encounters and in determining your reaction to differentness.—skin color, ethnicity, lifestyle, etc.—reflects whether you agree with Jesus' command to treat others as you want to be treated.
