It is very evident from all we know about Jesus' ministry that his primary all-consuming concern and what he always had on his mind was people. He healed many physically, but his great vision was to see people formed spiritually and grabbing hold of the Father's vision for heaven on earth and then an eternal life with him in heaven. Every Christ-follower should be totally conformed to the character, joy, integrity, and radical inclusivity of Christ. And knowing of God's love for people should cause us to live with a sense of urgency about bringing his grander vision through our own lives into the lives of others.
