Through the generosity and resources of the Willow Creek congregation--whether it be hands-on help, financial assistance, or prayer--much has been accomplished in relief efforts for those in the immediate Willow community, nationally, and around the world. This message is a 2008 annual report of sorts that gives updates and several first-hand accounts from those who have been givers of or recipients of assistance from Willow's Compassion & Justice Ministries and from Global Ministries. As people share their stories and as statistics of assistance are made known, we are reminded anew of the tremendous blessings that are brought to bear on both sides of these partnerships, as well as realizing that there is so much more that can be done.
