Influence: Part 3
September 27, 2008 (Weekend Service)
This transcript starts with an interview by Jim Mellado, decathlete in the 1988 Olympics in Seoul and president of the Willow Creek Association, with Ryan Hall, 2008 Olympic U.S. marathoner; then Bill Hybels continues with a message stressing the ministry of reconciliation that has been mandated to each Christ-follower and that requires a serious commitment. Seeing people as Jesus sees people means looking past the flaws and wanting to move that person to reconciliation with God. Whether we personally initiate the process with non-believers or whether we pray fervently that others with the ministry might step into the path of someone who needs to put their hand into God's hand, we must not let down.
