Influence: Part 1
September 6, 2008 (Weekend Service)
Christ-followers should never minimize their light-giving potential. Instead, they need to think seriously about ways in which they can make a difference by letting their light shine to chase back some of the darkness in their sphere of influence. Although we know the importance of bringing people to a state of reconciliation and relationship with God through Christ, this message, the first in a series, speaks to balancing that with maximizing and asserting our influence in the areas of spreading love, meeting needs, confronting injustice, and ending violence.
