Although congregational survey responses from 230 churches were the base behind the book and the on-going process titled REVEAL, this message is built around survey responses of the Willow Creek congregation. Wherever a Willow attender sits on the Exploring Christianity / Growing in Christ / Close to Christ / Christ-centered continuum, there are steps they can take to move forward at their own pace toward full devotion to Christ or to reinforce the intensity they currently have in their Christ-centered lives. Catalysts that develop our personal relationship with Christ--Bible reading, prayer and solitude, spiritual friends and mentors, and serving--are expanded upon and encouraged. The lessons taught are applicable to all who desire to move forward in their spiritual walk.
