Playlist: Waiting for the World to Change
March 24, 2007 (Weekend Service)
Those who know God know that our world will change when we are brought to the incredible place prepared for us, a place that comes as a free gift made possible by Jesus’ death on the cross. Until that end time comes, you can either sit around and wait for the final world change or you can step out and with a generous and compassionate heart can find fulfillment in working to change the world as we know it. To see the needs in this broken world and not respond in some way reveals that the love of God has grown cold in your heart. That’s not the way of Jesus, so don’t let it be your way either. Use your life to make a difference.
