How Wise People Build Wealth: Part 2
January 20, 2007 (Weekend Service)
Warren Buffett in 2006 pledged the largest philanthropic gift in history, an estimated $30-$40 billion. Lessons from Buffett’s business strategies from a very young age, coupled with sage advice from Scripture, provide a base for a wise and a biblical approach to money management. What is a parent’s responsibility relative to instilling sound financial practices in their children? What is your responsibility to yourself to be, as Scripture states, ‘satisfied in your labors’? What are wise investments in God’s eyes? Wisdom—a most important element as we seek financial responsibility and build true wealth.
