Thirsty: Part 1, Empty
November 11, 2006 (Weekend Service)
Description
What is it that we need to truly fill us up and cause us to overflow onto others of God’s creation? We learn through the story of Jesus meeting the woman at the well that there is really only one thirst-quencher that makes an eternal difference. Just as Jesus knew everything there was to know about the Samaritan woman, so he knows all there is to know about us, too—and he still longs to gather us to himself. There is nothing that holds him back from wanting to fill our lives with the spiritual nourishment of his living water. Will you be a receptive vessel, going from empty to full to overflowing?
