Seasons of the Soul: Spring
February 17, 2001 (Weekend Service)
Spiritual springtime is a difficult period of transition. There's a lot of blue sky during spring, but there are also rainstorms, hail, and clouds on the horizon. Sometimes the winter snow even comes back for a visit. If we are not careful, we can easily slip back into the deep darkness of wintertime and neglect the replenishment God is trying to provide for us. Let God instill hope in you. Rest, take in the sunshine, and enjoy relational intimacy. Have others remind you that the season will soon change.
