January 13, 2001 (Weekend Service)
If you just let your life drift, you will never drift into becoming a more loving person. The drift in your life is always towards getting the world to rotate around your own agenda. To cultivate love in your life, there are 15 skills that need to be mastered. These skills are based upon 15 descriptive phrases of love found in the Bible. For example, Paul says, "Love is patient." To have patience you must have to skill of self-restraint. Love is kind. Executing kindness requires the skill of creativity. When you consistently recognize Christ love for you, you begin to develop these 15 love skills and love others at the graduate level.
