Mother's Day 1991 Sometimes I daydream about what Mother's Day in a church could be like, if the church were filled with women who were committed to affirming each other's unique calling. What would a church be like if its working women, without children, would make a point of encouraging homemakers and affirming the importance of the contribution they are making to the church and to the world?
