After a visit by her friend Jan and her three kids, Kathy struggles with her own infertility. Here is Jan busy raising her brood and Kathy is still waiting for number one. What adds to the irony is that Kathy took a pregnancy test just this morning, and found out-again-it was negative. Her husband, Jack tries to console her, but it's just too painful. He suggests after he gets back from the office, they go out together-just the two of them. Kathy repeats to herself when alone...just the two of them.
