The vision and values of your church already shape your children's ministry. Your curriculum, for example, was likely selected based upon the messages you believe are important. Likewise, the operations area of your children's ministry—its facilities, budget, policies, and so forth—should be a reflection of what's truly important to you. Operations that are value-driven (instead of convenience- or cost-driven) help align every area of your children's ministry with your purposes and vision.
The goal of this download is to evaluate and modify ministry operations in the light of the ministry's key values.
