Director of Marketing - Childrens (Full Time, Regular)

This position is responsible for the strategy, tactics, programs, and implementation of marketing efforts in order to create interest, demand, and market recognition of the Childrens Segment's training materials and participant educational/training programs through the use of PR, Product and Event Marketing, Advertising, Strategic Relationships, Direct Events, Channel, and Online Marketing.

Essential job knowledge includes:

  •  Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, MBA preferred
  •  A minimum of 5 years experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishment in Sales and/or Marketing in the training and development industry
  •  Possess entrepreneurial spirit with strong emphasis on meeting the critical needs of target customer in  sustained profitable manner

To provide creative design services on all assigned promotions and communications pieces and to produce electronic files suitable for print

Essential job knowledge includes:

  •  College degree in graphic arts, visual design, or desktop publishing or equivalent years in experience; prepress and print knowledge advantageous.
  •  Ability to consult with in-house clients and interpret desired message and image through highly creative and properly balanced use of typography, color ,and visual art.
  •  Promotional design and layout experience with expertise using Macintosh computer and image scanner hardware as well as InDesign, PhotoShop, and Illustrator software programs.
  •  Highly communicative, friendly, organized, and detail minded; able to multi-task projects in a fast paced environment.

REVEAL: Database Analyst (Part Time (Approx. 24 hours/week), Regular)

Supports the WCA team by coordinating and monitoring the design, development, and modification of the database that is generated by the information collected in the Spiritual Life Survey. Responsibilities include technical support and leadership for the database environment, providing and designing tools to assist in the management of the database and serving in an advisory capacity on database procedures and methods.

Essential job knowledge includes:

  •  Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
  •  3-4 years of progressive programming or database administration experience
  •  General understanding and working knowledge of database capabilities and hierarchical database relationships; knowledge of utilizing database query and reporting tools (such as SQL, SAS)
  •  Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  •  Technical problem solving skills (deductive reasoning, ability to understand data relationships, gaps in logic, etc)
  •  Proven ability to work independently with little supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  •  A natural curiosity and passion for working on leading edge efforts
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

REVEAL: Senior Research Statistician (Part Time (Approx. 24 hours/week), Regular)

Supports the WCA team in the design, development, analysis, and value-added interpretation of the REVEAL spiritual growth survey tool. Responsibilities include executing and assisting in the statistical analysis and interpretation of the REVEAL dataset.

Essential job knowledge includes:

  •  BS or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Social Science or similar field
  •  4-7 years experience in consumer market research, social science research, or equivalent
  •  Thorough understanding and creative application of advanced statistical techniques, including expertise in several of the following: segmentation methods, prediction and classification modeling, perceptual mapping methods, structural equation modeling, choice modeling/tradeoff analysis, measurement and scaling issues, and other multivariate methods.
  •  Expertise in SPSS and/or SAS and proficiency in MS Office applications
  •  Proven problem solving skills (deductive reasoning, able to see hierarchical relationships, logical thinking)
  •  Hands-on experience in the design, development and execution of survey research
  •  Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience in both verbal and written form
  •  Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  •  A natural curiosity and passion for working on leading edge efforts
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

       Job Description

Arts Content Development Coordinator (Part Time (25 hours/week), Regular, Salaried)

To coordinate and administrate development of Content for the annual Arts Conference – Including breakouts, Pt. Leader and Advanced classes and smaller relational gatherings; off-site training; ministry blog; provide administrative support for the Green Room and Leaders Table events; and regular customer communication. To manage the Arts Website and towardwonder.com.

Essential job knowledge includes:

  •  Some understanding of the Arts Ministry customer
  •  Capacity to work quickly, efficiently, and manage priorities with enthusiastic spirit
  •  Ability to research and prioritize large amounts of data/information and create relevant, bulleted summaries
  •  Excellent communication skills
  •  Ability to obtain working knowledge of Content Development 6-Step Training Process
  •  Efficient planner with high administration and communication skills/gifts.
  •  Self starter with ability to think strategically
  •  Strong people and organizational skills
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint in a Windows environment
