SESSION DESCRIPTION
Leading a ministry often feels more like running a big production than it does caring for the souls of adolescents, families, and volunteers. But our first role as a youth pastor should be to pastor. This Point Leader breakout is for those leaders who lay awake at night asking: "What exactly am I doing? Who are my students becoming? How do student ministries truly help adolescents and families?" More and bigger questions are welcomed. Dialogue will be valued. This will be a safe place to ask hard questions and offer unconventional answers that go way below the programmatic surface.
