Dear Pastor and Church Leader,

I want to invite you to Willow Creek Community Church for a week long intensive leadership development program designed exclusively for pastors and their senior staff. During our time together, you will hear from the leaders that are responsible for Willow Creek’s vision, strategy, culture, and operations. In addition to these incredibly practical and interactive sessions, you will also learn invaluable personal and spiritual practices that will help you develop a sustainable and healthy rhythm in all facets of your life.
