OVERVIEW
Partnering to Prevail is a by invitation only five-day advanced leadership development experience for international pastors and their senior staff with Bill Hybels and senior leaders from Willow Creek Community Church and other leaders from around the world. Due to the highly interactive nature of this week that encourages open dialogue between presenters and participants, space is limited.
In addition to practical training on topics critical to your ministry and personal development, there are also ample opportunities to build community, not only with leaders from your own country, but with leaders from around the world.
OBJECTIVES
Diffusion of Innovation
New innovations from Willow Creek and around the world will be presented. Time will be dedicated to discussion on how these best practices and learning’s can be implemented in your specific church and with other church leaders in your country.
Peer Learning and Interaction
This time together will provide opportunity for innovative leaders to make connections with other like-minded leaders from around the world for sharing ministry breakthroughs and ideas.
Community
Time will be allocated each day for spiritual renewal through bible devotionals and worship as we seek to build up one another in the faith and the task of advancing the Kingdom.
Partnership
Time to build a personal network with leaders from your country and develop a next step plan for partnering together for support and dissemination of key learning’s to other leaders that are open to building biblically functioning churches.
Leadership Development
New teachings and principles of leadership from some of the key leaders at Willow Creek along with practical applications on how to manage the business, operations and administrative areas of your church.
