Is LIFT for You?
What is The LIFT Project?
LIFT is about more than any one course, it’s a commitment to providing leaders with ongoing learning opportunities so they have the tools needed to help transform their churches, organizations and communities. Our affordable, practical courses feature insights from world-class speakers and leaders that you won’t find together anywhere else.
Transformationl Learning: You have a heart for the local church and want it to see it grow in its effectiveness. How will your churches grow deeper if you are not growing yourself? Each course is designed to engage your heart while learning from world-class leaders and teachers. You will be guided through weekly sessions in an interactive learning environment that provides: relational connection, solid content, space to process, and immediate application. Because your heart is engaged in the process, you are transformed and will begin to lead differently.
Manageable Workflow: Online courses allow you access to weekly content at the times convenient for your schedule. While the content dives deep, weekly requirements can be completed in 60-90 minutes.
Course Content & Materials: Courses are all-inclusive, so articles, book excerpts, videos, and assessments are incorporated in the cost of the course. You will need to make no other purchases.
Real-Life Application: Our program takes a “life integration” approach, focusing on interaction and application to your life and work right now – providing YOU with the tools you need to lead and help transform others. Once you complete a course, you will have acquired more than just a deep knowledge about the subject, you will have already taken steps to implement what you’ve learned in your own setting.
Why online learning?
Conferences provide a wealth of great information, but they’re not year-round. They can also put a strain on the budget and the timing isn’t flexible. Then, once you return home, it can be a struggle to implement all you’ve learned. Advanced degree programs are great for going deeper, but they require much more from your wallet and your schedule. And what happens after graduation? Even those who have already completed a graduate degree still need to stay current to remain motivated and inspired. The LIFT Project provides the education, interaction and inspiration you need to sharpen your leadership and strengthen your soul.
What are the benefits of online learning?
Convenience is a key benefit, with The LIFT Project offering courses that are on par with graduate level studies without graduate level expenses or commuting. Online learning is enhanced with a connection to ministry leaders and pastors from around the world.
What sets this program apart from others?
World-class speakers and leaders, all-inclusive courses and lessons that build on the previous week to deliver lifelong learning are just a few of the differentiators. Our goal is to provide practical, applicable information so you can provide transformational leadership.
