A course designed for ministry leaders at every level, this course will explore new and healthy ways of fulfilling your calling.

MODULE 3: Shaping Culture
This course will take you deeper "behind the scenes" in the culture of your organization. Culture is often left unspoken, yet greatly impacts your effectiveness in carrying out your God-given mission. This course will help you better understand how to influence culture around you for greater effectiveness and transformation.

MODULE 4: Strategy for Transformation
Many churches are excellent at strategic planning, others do hardly any strategic thinking at all. Whatever the case, most of us can get better at leveraging each area of our ministry or organization for transformation. This course will not only touch on how you plan for ministries, but why you do them as well.

	Lance Witt – Video Instruction Known as a "pastor's pastor," Witt was a pastor for 25 years, serving as both executive and teaching pastor at Saddleback Church in southern California. He now leads a ministry for church leaders called Replenish.

	Christine Caine – Video Instruction Christine is known for her “tell-it-like-it-is,” passionate, (and often humorous) way of communicating profound messages of hope and inspiration.

	Dr. Scot McKnight – Virtual Classroom Instructor Recognized authority on the New Testament, early Christianity, and the historical Jesus, he is the Karl A. Olsson Professor in Religious Studies at North Park University in Chicago.
