Overview

Designed by Dr. Henry Cloud, this course will help leaders focus on the two areas of their leadership: Results that actually matter, and how their own personal makeup is the key to getting those results. Through integrated assignments, participants will come out with a clear picture of how great leaders behave, and practical guidance to do the same.
