Overview
We've found that prevailing churches thrive when leaders – or groups of leaders –
start doing what God called and gifted them to do. They lead. They lead humbly. They lead lovingly. They lead with a serving towel over their arm. They paint compelling pictures of what could be one day. They challenge people to start working together in the direction of giving God glory.
Romans 12:8 commands anyone with the spiritual gift of leadership to take this responsibility seriously and lead with all diligence. We know this charge can be one of the most challenging to fulfill, and it is the WCA's mission to support leaders as we:
