Greg Hawkins
Greg Hawkins is Executive Pastor of Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois. Like many ministry leaders, Greg often wondered, “How do we know if what we are doing is really helping people become more like Christ?”
Working with an expert research team, using a breakthrough tool to correlate behaviors and attitudes, they set about the task of ‘measuring hearts’ at Willow Creek Community Church. To verify the results, the Willow Creek association then expanded REVEAL to include 150,000 congregants in 500 churches, uncovering some very specific things churches haven’t been able to measure in the past. Greg has shared these findings in two books co-written with Cally Parkinson: REVEAL: Where Are You?, Follow Me: What’s Next for You?, and upcoming release FOCUS: The Top Ten Things People Want and Need From You and Your Church. Greg now divides his time between the church and the ministry of the Willow Creek Association, talking about REVEAL with church leaders across the country.
