Chances are like every successful leader you are creating growth that every day stretches your own personal boundaries past their limits and along the way some not so helpful people have also become part of your organization or its alliances. In this first session Dr. Cloud will help you:
- Acknowledge the need for personal infrastructure
- Define yourself and know who you are
- Identify destructive behavior and keep it from spreading
- Define and understand key functions of a leader’s internal and external boundaries
- Learn how your relationship with words dictates much of what happens in your life

Creating a Structure that Works
As a high-functioning leader you must be able to gain control of yourself, your work, and your life. Chances are as a business leader in today’s ever-changing culture; your boundaries between work and free time have been blurred. You feel fragmented and pulled in too many directions. Reclaiming your power and creating structures are necessary steps towards a healthy professional life. In this session, you will:
- Discover the (dis)connections between your values and how you spend your time
- Start to identify your personal power drains
- Revisit your words for your personal life
- Structure boundaries so that they contribute to your success
- Identify necessary endings in your relationships and activities

Navigating the Blind Spots in Your Leadership
You’ve heard that our character can help us meet the demands of our reality. But did you know that “character” is more than things like honesty, ethics and morality? It also means that we need to not have “gaps” in our makeup that become obstacles in our leadership, and to some degree, we all have them. In this session, assess gaps in how your character can either help or hinder your own talents and abilities to bring the results you know you should be getting. Take-aways will include how to:
- Increase connection and maintain trust with others
- Work in a way that brings results
- Effectively embrace negative realities
