Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration, you must mail or fax a written request or call 800-570-9812. Cancellations received by July 8, 2008 will receive full refund. After that date, 50% of your registration fee will be refunded.

Children
While families are important to us, unfortunately there are no accommodations for children or nursing infants at the Willow Creek campus or at our satellite locations. We will not be able to admit them into any of the sessions. If you are registering others who have small children, please relay this information to them.

Model Release
For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all conferences. Your registration constitutes permission for the WCA to use your likeness in promotional materials.
