BILL HYBELS is the founding and senior pastor of Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois, and the chairman of the board for Willow Creek Association. He convened The Global Leadership Summit in 1995, following a God-given prompting to help raise and develop the spiritual gift of leadership for the local church. Bill received a bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Trinity College in Deerfield, IL. He and his wife, Lynne, have two adult children and one grandson.
Dr. HENRY CLOUD is a leadership consultant, best-selling author and speaker. He consults and speaks for companies and organizations in the area of leadership and performance, and is highly regarded for his ability to connect personal and interpersonal development with the needs of business.
HARVEY CAREYis founder and senior pastor of the Citadel of Faith Covenant Church in Detroit, MI. A dynamic speaker with a global ministry, Harvey developed a nationally emulated youth ministry model that has reached thousands of teens in inner cities across the nation. He's also chairman of the Central Detroit Christian Community Development Corporation, a non-profit providing housing, social services, and ministry to youth and children.
PETE RICHARDSON has held dynamic and diverse positions in local and parachurch ministries as well as various forms of for-profit industries, ranging from start-ups to multi-national entities for the past 18 years. Currently, Pete spends most of his time as a certified Paterson Process™ facilitator, working with over 50 for-profit and non-profit leadership teams, — guiding them through a process that helps them focus, plan and execute their strategy. As a certified LifePlan™ facilitator, he has guided over 250 individuals through a two-day intensive life perspective and life purpose process.
MINDY CALIGUIRE is the founder of Soul Care, a spiritual formation ministry, and Director of Transformation Ministry for the Willow Creek Association. She is a contributing editor for Conversations Journal, and also serves as a frequent speaker and leadership consultant, working with local churches and national organizations such as Willow Creek Community Church, Seacoast Church, Renovare, Spring Arbor University, and InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Mindy, her husband Jeff, and their three adventurous teenaged sons live in Algonquin, Illinois.
DALLAS WILLARD (videocast) is a Professor in the School of Philosophy at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. His philosophical publications are mainly in the areas of epistemology and the philosophy of mind and of logic. He also lectures and publishes in religion. Renovation of the Heart was published in May 2002, and received Christianity Today's 2003 Book Award in the category of Spirituality. Dallas Albert Willard is married to Jane Lakes a Marriage and Family Therapist. They live in Southern California and have two children and a granddaughter.
