The Group Life Community offers many training opportunities — from large international conferences to intimate table discussions and mentoring. More than a transfer of facts and theory, Willow Creek Association training features ministry practitioners who literally "wrote the book" on ministry in community.

Bring your core team to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your current small group ministry, clarify ministry objectives, and create a clear plan of action. The Willow team will guide working huddles of leaders throughout the training, examining their unique challenges and objectives.
