Small Groups Advanced Training is specifically designed for churches with 30 or more small groups that have a point person leading small group ministry. It is a focused opportunity—guided by our Group Life team at the Willow Creek Campus near Chicago—to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your current small group ministry. Not only will we help you clarify ministry objectives, but we'll help you create a clear plan of action to meet them.

The WCA Team will work with your team throughout the training, examining the unique challenges and objectives of your ministry. The result? A comprehensive, church-wide small group strategy engineered to fit your ministry’s unique vision.
