Ok, yes, I'm a little biased, because my story is one of those that John Burke tells in this book. But, even so, studying the book was revolutionary for me, and those I studied it with Through my attempts to reconnect with God every hour (the 60-60 Experiment) , and also thru the exercises in the book, I was able to learn a lot about myself and recognize growth areas that God was prompting me about. I saw friends who had never really paid much attention to what God was doing in thier lives becoming more patient & loving, and start using their gifts to serve others. This book is very readable and practical. Even if I weren't mentioned in it, I'd still gladly recommend it! It's great for people looking to grow more like Christ - and especially useful to groups or whole churches studying together.
