When will I get confirmation of my registration

If you registered online you will receive a confirmation email immediately.

Lunches

Lunch is included in your registration cost for each conference day.

What is the cancellation policy for conference registrations?

Please contact the Church Relations Center at globalregistration@willowcreek.com for a refund of your conference fees.

When and how do I check-in?

For conferences held on the Willow Creek campus, conference materials will be waiting for you on the first day of the conference at Guest Check-In, located in the Blue Sky Rooms, lower level or level 1 of Building D, and will be arranged under your last name.

Do I have to have the names of all registrants when I register?

Willow Creek allows groups to record Empty Registrations and then enter names of those who will be attending up to 2 weeks prior to the conference. After that time, or if your group has had a last minute modification, a registrant's name can be changed at conference check-in.

Is reserved seating available in the Auditorium?

Reserved seating is not available at any of our conferences. However, if you have a disability and require special assistance, please let us know by globalregistration@willowcreek.com . A WCA representative will reply to discuss your specific needs.

Can I go on a tour of your facilities?

Scheduled tours are available during conferences. Times of departure will be posted near the Conference Information Center in the Atrium.

Can I bring my children to the conference?

While families are very important to us, WCA conferences are adult training events, so children and infants, including nursing infants, are not permitted in any of the sessions. Childcare is not available and we cannot guarantee a separate room for parents to stay with their children.

Where can I find information regarding air travel, car rentals, hotels, maps of the area, etc.?

Is transportation provided between the airport, hotels, and Willow Creek?

The Willow Creek Association does not provide transportation.

Photo Release?

For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all conferences. Your registration constitutes permission for the Willow Creek Association to use your likeness in promotional materials.

Is the Bookstore open during the conference, and what are the hours?

The bookstore will be open throughout the day during the conference.
