The Willow Creek Association has witnessed an incredible global expansion, particularly in serving under-resourced leaders in the United States and even more in the developing world. Starting with a small percentage in 2004, under-resourced leaders now account for approximately 50% of those trained outside the United States and 20% of those trained within the country. The WCA is committed to making its ministry accessible to all of the most strategic leaders in the cause of Christ through the church, regardless of that leader's ability to cover the market value or even the costs of the ministry provided.

"When God transforms the life of just one leader, that leader can transform a church. When one church is transformed, you can transform a community. And when enough churches are thriving, you can affect a region, a country, and eventually the entire world with the positive, life-changing power of Jesus Christ and the redeeming and restoring work of his people."
