CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY
Should you need to cancel your registration, you must mail or fax a written request or call 800-570-9812, noting which option you prefer:
- Refund of fees (less $45 cancellation fee per registration) by January 2, 2007.
- For a fee of $45 per registration, transfer registration to a future conference within one year by January 30, 2007.
- At no charge, change the name of a registrant to another individual from your church to attend in your place. Registrations cannot be split between two people and are not transferable to other churches or organizations.
