Scott Gibson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the co-founder of Compass Counseling. He provides leadership consultation to pastors and youth workers and is the co-author of TheComprehensive Guide to Youth Ministry Counseling. Scott is married with three sons and enjoys running marathons.
